COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES

The following is included in our Janitorial and Maintenance services:

Weekly:
Lobby and General Office Areas

• Emptying all waste paper receptacles, cleaning and relining as necessary; placing all refuse in a specified area for disposal

• Dusting, disinfection, and polishing using cloths chemically treated with a dust preventative

• Finger mark removal

• Drinking fountain and cooler cleaning and disinfection

• Thorough cleaning of entrance glass

• Dust mop floors with preventative methods and equipment. Floors will be washed, waxed, and polished.

• Vacuum and spot remove carpets where possible*
  *Carpets will be steam-cleaned or dry-foam shampooed upon request at an additional charge

Cafeteria

• Emptying all kitchen disposal containers, cleaning and relining as necessary; removing all kitchen trash from building

• Cleaning and washing all tabletops with germicidal solution. Dust and wipe all chairs.

• Kitchen appliances (i.e. refrigerators, stoves, and microwave ovens) cleaned outside*
  *Kitchen appliances will be cleaned inside upon request at an additional charge

• Kitchen sink and counters washing, wiping and disinfection**
  **Coffee cups, mugs, and dishes will be washed upon request at an additional charge

• Sweeping floors with dust preventative mop and damp mopping with disinfectant solution, polishing

• Dust and polish all desks, table tops, counter tops, chairs, file cabinets, window ledges, and all other items of office furniture and equipment using cloths chemically treated with a dust preventative.

• Dust, polish, and disinfection all telephones.

 Washrooms

• Emptying all receptacles and sanitary dispensers. Remove all restrooms trash from building

• Cleaning and disinfecting all washroom fixtures; including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, soap dispensers, etc.

• Washing and polishing mirrors with non-scratch disinfectant cleaner. De-liming toilet bowls and urinals

• Toilet sundries; such as hand towels, hand soap, toilet tissue, etc. supplied by you and replenished by us

• Thoroughly washing and disinfecting floors with disinfectant and germicidal solution, polishing and waxing as necessary. Throughly vacuuming carpeted areas

• Walls and partitions thoroughly spot cleaned

Monthly
All Areas:

• Dusting high surfaces and fixtures.*
  *Fixtures will be washed upon request at an additional charge

• Vacuuming all drapes.*
  They will be taken down, cleaned, and re-hung upon request at an additional charge

• Interior glass partitions will be thoroughly cleaned and smudge marks removed as necessary

• All waste paper receptacles will be cleaned outside
